Where Is It?

The farmers market is conveniently located at the Rice’s Hotel / Hughlett’s Tavern (RHHT) in Heathsville, Virginia. It’s part of the Historic Heathsville Town Square, which is only a short drive away from us at the Hope and Glory Inn over in Irvington, VA. Not only is this community an ideal location for the farmers market, but it’s also great for peaceful strolls through town with your sweetheart as you admire the old architecture and stop in at charming shops.

When Is It?

If you’d like to check out the market for yourself, mark your calendars for the third Saturday of each month from April through October. The vendors will be open for business from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. selling their wares and chatting with curious shoppers.

That’s Not All!

When you’re not browsing the market, you’re welcome to explore this historic hotel and tavern. There’s the Tavern Forge, colonial-era workshop, antique carriages, and craft studios. Don’t forget to grab a snack from the cafe or concession stand and pick up a gift or souvenir from the Heritage Arts Center Gift Shoppe, which is open until 2:00 p.m.
