First Course

Glorified Oysters – Our local Rappahannock River Oysters Roasted and Topped with Basil Pesto and Asiago Cheese

Second Course

Baby Romaine Salad with Asian Pears, Manchego Cheese and Pine Nuts - dressed in a Sweet Mustard Vinaigrette

Third Course

Panko Encrusted Rockfish topped with a Jumbo Lump Crab Béarnaise Sauce
Served with Roasted Asparagus and an Herbed Baked Tomato

Fourth Course

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Fridays and Sunday

First Course

Mussels Rue de Jean - Prince Edward Island Mussels steamed delicately in wine, garlic, tomatoes and served with an Asiago Toast

Second Course

Mesculin with Mandarin Oranges, Slivered Candied Almonds, Herbed Goat Cheese and a Ginger Dressing

Third Course

Thyme Encrusted Rack of Lamb with a Savory Potato Soufflé and Creamed Asiago Spinach

Fourth Course

Espresso Chocolate Decadence with a Framboise Coulis
