GLORYfied Oysters – Select Rappahannock River Oysters, Traditionally Harvested from Local River Beds, Roasted and Topped with Basil, Pesto and Asiago Cheese

Second Course

Grilled Red Pear Salad with Herbed Goat Cheese, Dried Cherries, and Pecans - dressed in a Fig Balsamic Dressing

Third Course

Rappahannock River Rock Fish encrusted in Panko and Romano Cheese on a Thyme infused White Bean Puree - served with savory, house made Succotash

Fourth Course

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a Whipped Topping
